Corporate Events

Our photography service covers, one (1) professional photographer using Nikon DSLR or similar professional camera. Unlimited Shots in high quality images and stored in DVD/CD media. We implement Two (2) to Five (5) days lead time for quality control checking. We evaluate every image before releasing them to our client. Our services adheres to the timely submission of the material specially those for press releases. Basically, our photographer arrives one hour before the program in appropriate attire and will cover the event to a maximum of six (6) hours.

Can I request a formal quotation?

Can I request for additional copy of the DVD/CD?
You can request for one (1) additional backup copy of the files with no extra charge. For a multiple copy, additional of P150 per DVD/CD.

If my copy got lost over a certain period of time, can I request for a copy?
Yes, we keep your original DVD/CD in our archives but for a limited time only. Additional fee of P150 per DVD/CD plus the cost of courier service.

Is there an additional charge for various location shoot?
The above quote is good for one place or within a reasonable vicinity. For venues that are separately distant, additional charges may apply. Amount will vary depending on the location and time.

Do you cover outside Metro Manila?
Yes, we cover events also outside Metro Manila.  It is our goal to give reasonable rates to our clients. So please feel free to ask for appointment or call us even on weekends!

Do you cover also other events?
Yes. Let us know what kind of event and plans you have in mind and we can discuss your concern in details. Thus we can make proper quotation that will match your budget and needs. We also cater personal events like weddings and parties.

What happens if the photographer failed to appear on the day of the event?
If the Photographer cannot deliver the agreement due to unavoidable circumstances like accidents, illness and other cause beyond the control of the parties, then the Photographer shall return the deposit to the Client but shall have no further liability with respect to the Agreement.  This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera malfunction, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Photographer. 

If the photographer cannot come, Can he send someone?
The Photographer may also substitute another photographer to take the photographs in the event of Photographer's illness or of unavoidable scheduling conflicts.  In the event of such substitution, Photographer warrants that the photographer taking the photographs shall be an equally competent professional. 

Do you charge in case of cancellation?
If Client shall cancel one day before the event or on the day itself and if the Photographer turned down job opportunities and does not obtain another assignment for that date, liquidated damages shall be charged in a reasonable amount of 50% of the total agreed amount.  Also if the event is cancelled beyond the control of both parties, minimum charge may apply. However this rarely happens, as such maybe a case to case basis.

What is the right of the photographer in those images taken?
The Photographer shall only make reproductions for the Client and/or for the Photographer's portfolio such as in websites, samples, self-promotions, editorial use, or for display within or outside of the Photographer's studio/office.
